HAMBoard is a tvOS application developed by an independent developer for amateur radio enthusiasts. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information through the HAMBoard app.
HAMBoard does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users. The app fetches publicly available data from third-party sources to provide features such as DX Cluster spots, propagation conditions, and contest calendars. This data includes:
No user-specific data, such as device identifiers, location, or personal details, is collected or processed by the app. All data retrieved is anonymous and used solely for display within the app.
Since no personal information is collected, there is no usage of such data. The app processes fetched public data in real-time for on-device rendering and does not retain it after the session ends.

As no personal data is handled, there are no specific security measures required for user information. However, the app uses standard secure protocols (e.g., HTTPS for web requests and Telnet for DX clusters) to fetch public data.
HAMBoard does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age, as no data is collected at all.
